| Hello! My name is Jeanie Swenson and I am elated to be working with the students at Capitol Hill! This is my 21st year of teaching in the St. Paul Public Schools. In addition to teaching first grade, I have been a fifth grade teacher, a science specialist, and a SEM teacher for grades k-6. My job as a SEM specialist included teaching art, creating studio productions and producing a daily news show.
I am married and have two boys in middle school. My boys keep me very busy with their sports, academics and social life! In my spare time, I like to golf, read, garden, jog and go out to dinner with my husband and friends.
